Based On Existing Product Range

For customers who would like to purchase a customised design of an existing product range.

If material type and crafting method stay the same except with a customised graphic design or colour,  no additional cost is needed. Crafting time must be taken into consideration. e.g clay curing time and painting.

If material types have specific requirements, extra crafting methods, increase in product size or additional things added depending on the difficulties, additional cost will apply.

Complete Custom Designs

If customers desire to commision an custom design that is not based on any of the current product range, and that it is within reasonable capability, discussions can be made via email. The final cost will vary depending on material choice and methods used to craft the commissioned goods. 

Customers can send an email enquiry to the crafter to consider design possibilities. If the desired product is confirmed to be craftable, the customer is to select the “$10 consultation fee” under the product page to begin the custom design order. 

The $10 consultation fee will be subtracted from the total price if the customer decides to go ahead of the design project. The $10 consultation and material fees will not be refunded if the crafting process has begun. 

If the customer changes their mind after paying the $10 consultation fee, the refund is based on the number of emails exchanged between seller and customer. If more than 2 emails have been exchanged in discussion of the custom design order then it can not be refunded; if no action has been made after the $10 consultation has been paid then it can be refunded. 

The material fee or at least 20% of total commission fee for design has to be paid ahead of time, and will be included in the final price. If the crafter fails to make the design then the material fee is refunded excluding the consultation fee. If the customer changes their mind half way then material fee and consultation fee will not be refunded. 

Note that we are not a big company and cannot take bulk orders that need to be done with a big manufacturing company.

We also have the right to reject commission order requests at any time if it is uncomfortable or difficult to make. Please see FAQ for more info on what i am comfortable making!
